Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a skillet. Once hot, add the chopped garlic and sauté until golden, stirring constantly.

Add the ground beef and the bunch of herbs. Cook until the beef is fully browned.

Stir in the tomato puree and diced potatoes.

Add the chicken bouillon powder and 1/2 cup water to keep the mixture from drying out. Cover and cook until the potatoes are tender.
