Make yakisoba in the microwave using cooking bags. It's easy and reduces dishwashing!

Chop the vegetables and sausages.

Place the vegetables, sausages, noodles, and powdered sauce in a cooking bag in that order.

Twist the end of the cooking bag, place it on a plate, and microwave at 600W for 4-5 minutes until the vegetables are cooked.

It's hot, so knead the bag with a cloth to distribute the sauce evenly.

Add oil, bonito flakes, or aonori to taste.

Eating directly from the bag reduces dishwashing.
