Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 4 (4 oz.)cod fillets
  2. 1/3 cupmayo
  3. 1/3 cupParmesan, freshly grated
  4. 1/2 tspdried minced garlic
  5. 1/2 tspdried dill

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 375°.

    Pat cod dry. Place on foil-lined baking sheet.

    Combine mayo, cheese, garlic, and dill in a small bowl. Spread this mixture over the top of the cod fillets.

    Bake for about 12 minutes, being careful not to overcook.

I made this but added panko bread crumbs and fresh squeezed lemon wedges on top. It was delicious!!!
