Pumpkin guvar sabji
Steps

Peel, remove seeds, cut in a medium size, wash and cook guvar in a cooker by adding 1/2 cup of water, make 3 whistles

Heat oil in a kadai, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, asafoetida, chopped green chillies, turmeric Mix it well

Add cut pumpkin,add salt stir it well, sprinkle 2 tsp water and cover the lid, cook for 5 to 6 minutes

In between stirring it, open the lid add boiled guvar, add red chilli powder, cumin coriander powder, garam masala mix it well.

Mix it gently and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.

After 5 minutes pumpkin guvar sabji is ready to serve, you can enjoy with paratha, Fulka or simple khichdi.
