4 slicespork belly
3 tbspsoy
Halftsp black pepper
1whole mashed garlic
2 tbspvinegar
Halftsp salt

Steps

Wash pork belly well.Pat it dry and marinate with all the ingredients.

Marinade it for an hour.

Prepare the grill.Put charcoal and lit a fire.

Then when the charcoal are ready,lay flat the pork to grill.

When its already cook.Slice it and choose the sauce you prefer.
