First pound the ingredients to a coarse paste

Churn the curd along with the coarse paste, sanchad and chat masala. Don't add salt now. Add water and set the required consistency.

Taste and add the required quantity of salt. Serve in kulhad. Top with coriander, mint and jira powder.

Serve chilled.
