Crab Patty
A delicious way to enjoy crab.
Steps

Take the crabmeat and remove any foreign objects such as shell. Slice the veggies. Sauté the veggies in butter till onions are translucent. Don't drain the butter. Choose either fry or bake, if baking preheat oven to 400° Fahrenheit.

Mix the patty ingredients and make a dough.

Mix the filling mix. Including any butter that is leftover.

Form baseball sized balls out of the patty dough.

Add two tablespoons of the filling into the center of the balls. Pinch the balls closed.

Carefully form into a patty. If frying heat oil to medium fry in or deep fry in.

Fry till golden on both sides. Turn as often as needed just cook each side for at least 7 minutes per side. If you use the oven to cook. Cook till golden brown, 12-15 minutes, or the internal temperature is 157° Fahrenheit.

If frying move to paper towels to absorb excessive amounts of oil. Serve with tarter sauce, lemon wedges, lime wedges, prepared horseradish sauce, or cocktail sauce. I hope you enjoy!!!
