Ingredients

  1. For Paste
  2. 1 tbspcoriander
  3. 5-7curry leaves
  4. 1/2green chili
  5. 1/4" ginger
  6. Dry Masalas
  7. 1 tsproasted jira powder
  8. 1/2 tspsanchad
  9. 1/2 tspchat masala
  10. 1 tspsalt (as required)
  11. For Chhaas
  12. 2 cupsfresh curd
  13. 1-2 cupswater
  14. For Topping
  15. 1 tspcoriander
  16. 1/2 tspmint leaves
  17. 1/4 tspjira powder

Steps

  1. 1

    First pound the ingredients to a coarse paste

    Churn the curd along with the coarse paste, sanchad and chat masala. Don't add salt now. Add water and set the required consistency.

    Taste and add the required quantity of salt. Serve in kulhad. Top with coriander, mint and jira powder.

    Serve chilled.
