Ingredients

  1. 1/4 kilo pork liver
  2. 5 slicesginger
  3. Some goji berries
  4. 2 packsgoji berries leaves
  5. 1 tspchicken powder
  6. 5 glasswater
  7. Marinate:soy sauce and white pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash pork liver well then marinate

    Boil water together with ginger and chicken powder.Boil for 5 mins.

  3. 3

    Then drop liver boil for five mins,add in goji berries and the leaves.

  4. 4

    Boil for two mins then remove from heat.
