Bread Samosa

This Bread Samosa is an easy and simple deep fried snack recipe made with white sandwich bread slices and aloo peas stuffing. basically, the recipe inherits from the traditional samosa recipe which has the same shape and edges but made with bread slices. these can be ideal party starters or a simple evening snack recipe that can be prepared within minutes with leftover sandwich bread slices.

First of all, boil and mash the potatoes. Then heat oil in a pan and add finely chopped garlic, finely chopped onion, chili flakes, finely chopped green chillies, coriander cumin powder, chaat masala, turmeric powder and salt and saute.

Now add boiled and mashed potatoes to this and mix and add finely chopped green coriander leaves to it and mix and add lemon juice on top and mix it. Then cool down the mixture.

Now we will make the slurry. For this, add all-purpose flour, corn flour and water in a bowl and make a slurry.

After that now remove the edge of the side of the bread from all sides. Now, flatten this bread with the rolling pin, fill it with stuffing, fold it, apply slurry from all sides and stick it. Now dip this bread samosa in the prepared slurry and coat it in bread crumbs.

Now heat oil in a pan, add bread samosa to it and fry it till golden brown color on medium gas flame.

Now our crispy and yummy bread samosa is ready to serve..serve this samosa with tomato ketchup and green chutney.
