Ingredients

  1. 1 cupbroken wheat
  2. 4 tspoon cooking oil
  3. 1 tspoon mustard seeds
  4. 1/2 tspoon urad dal
  5. 1 tspoon cumin seeds
  6. Few curry leaves
  7. 1dried whole red chilli
  8. 7-8cashunuts
  9. 1medium size onion chopped
  10. 2slits green chilli
  11. 1 inchginger chopped
  12. 1tomato chopped
  13. 2 tablespoonchopped carrots
  14. 1small potato peeled and cut into cubes
  15. 2 tablespoongreen peas
  16. 1/4 tspoon turmeric powder
  17. 3/4 tspoon salt
  18. 3 cuphot water

Steps

25 min.
  1. 1

    Get ready with all ingredients.
    Heat up oil in heavy bottom pan add mustard seeds cumin seeds urad dal curry leaves dry red chilli cashunuts saute

    Now add chopped onions green chilli saute ginger add chopped tomatoes saute add all veggies mix together add turmericpowder add salt mix all well together cover and cook for 5 min.

    Now add broken wheat and roast on low flame for 5 min

    Add boilling water cover pan and cook for 2 min on high flame check the veggies are cooked completely or cover and cook on low flame.
