Get ready with all ingredients.
Heat up oil in heavy bottom pan add mustard seeds cumin seeds urad dal curry leaves dry red chilli cashunuts saute - 2
Now add chopped onions green chilli saute ginger add chopped tomatoes saute add all veggies mix together add turmericpowder add salt mix all well together cover and cook for 5 min.

Now add broken wheat and roast on low flame for 5 min

Add boilling water cover pan and cook for 2 min on high flame check the veggies are cooked completely or cover and cook on low flame.

Your healthy breakfast is ready to serve.
Serve hot or warm.
