Peel off the bananas neatly. Mix salt to the water and make salty mixture.

Heat the oil. Grate the bananas directly in the oil with plain grater. Add the salty water to the oil. Remember to add salty water only when wafers are in the oil, other wise it will split out.

The oil will crackle due to water. When the crackle sound stops and chips are crispy remove it from oil and add red chilli or black pepper or spices of your choice. No need to add salt.

Enjoy homemade fresh and crispy banana chips.
