Steps

Get ready with all ingredients.
Rinse or wipe dry button mushrooms slice off a bit of base stalk Then slice or chhoped into pieces. Keep aside. - 2
Heat up 2 tablespoon oil in pan add chopped onions saute till golden in colur add ginger garlic saute add tometoes saute till tometoes get soft and mushy switch off flame let it cool completely.

Now transfer this mixture into grinding jar add water grind into fine paste

Heat up 1 tablespoon oil in presser cooker add caraway seeds add chopped mushrooms slice saute on low flame let it dry

Now add all dry spices powder add grounded onion tomato paste add cashunuts paste mix saute and stirring continuesly for 3-4 min.

Add 1 cup water salt let come it boil close lid have 2 whistle when it released completely open the lid add garam masala powder crushed kasuri methi add paneer cut into cubes simmer for few minutes add some grated paneer.

Switch off flame
Serve hot or warm with tandoori roti paratha puri fulka naan
