Sattu is considered as a power house of energy . It is often referred to as a poor man's protein as it is an inexpensive source of protein that is beneficial to your health. It improves bowl movement, improves digestion , helps in stomach related problems & is considered best for people with Diabetes.
If sattu is had on an empty stomach , all toxins will be flushed out.

Ingredients

-----
1 glass
  • 1 tbspsattu
  • 1 cupfresh curds
  • 1small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tbspchia seeds, soaked
  • A fewcoriander leaves
  • Handfulmint leaves, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tspchat masala
  • 1/2 tspblack salt
  • 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 / 2 tsp lemon juice
  • To garnish :
  • chopped mint leaves & lemon wedge
  • Red Chilli powder and salt
  • Lemon piece

Steps

    In a bowl add sattu powder, chopped coriander, chopped mint, soaked chia seeds, chat masala, red chilli powder & black salt.

    Add curds & whisk. Add chilled water. Add chopped onions.

    Rub the rim of a tall glass with a lemon piece & dip it red chilli powder & salt mixture. Chill the glass.

    Pour sattu sharbat in the chilled glass. Garnish with lemon wedges & finely chopped mint leaves. Serve immediately.

    Note. : Here I have added soaked chia seeds to make it more cooling & healthy.
