Boil the milk and add vinegar to curdle the milk and prepare chenna. Strain and wash well with cold water

Mix powdered sugar and chenna to form a smooth dough like

Now in a plate or bowl prepare the base layer with chenna and refrigerate for 20mts

Add mango layer and again chenna layer. Press well the layers and refrigerate again for 15mts.

Now after 15mts add mango puree on top and set again in fridge for about half and hour garnish with rose petals and pistachios.

Serve chilled. Enjoy the beautiful layers of white and orange
