Instant mango and chilli pickle

Wash peel and cut mango in pieces, wash chilli and cut into pieces

Take pan put methi seeds, saunf and mustard seeds and roast for one minute

Grind into semi powder

Take kadai add mustard oil put jeera hing and let it flutter

Add chilli and cook for two minutes

Add mango pieces and all spices with grinded mixture

Mix it well cover with lid and let it cook for 2-3 minutes on low flame

Add sugar mix well

Instant mango and chilli pickle ready to relish
