Firstly soak the chana and chana daal for overnight.

Then take a cooker add 1tbsp salt and boil it.Take 5-6 whistle.

Now now grind tomatoes and ginger.Make fine paste.Now chop the potatoes in big pieces.

Now take a wok add oil, add cumin seed and paste of tomatoes ginger with all the spices and mix it,saute it till it leaves oil. Then Add chopped potatoes and saute it for five minutes.

Now add this fried masala in cooker,mix it and again take 1 whistle.Now Garnish it with Coriander leaves, Ready to
serve with Bhature and paratha.
