First of all boil milk and put it in a side remove from the stove

Then add lemon juice diluted in water same quantity of water should be added

Before adding lemon juice into milk,we have to stay milk for 2 to 3 mins

Then take out the chenna from the milk with the help of strainer and wash it with clean water

Now hang the chenna in muslin cloth malmal ka duppata

Squeeze all the water from it by pressing the cloth

Knead the chenna and add cornflour and baking powder in it

Knead it until it becomes smooth dough knead it for 5 to 6 minutes and make small balls make sure there will be no cracks in it

Now on the other hand make sugar syrup in high flame 🔥

Flame should be very high in boiling syrup add one by one rasgulla balls and cover the lid

Cook the rasgulla in sugar syrup for 15 to 20 minutes until it becomes double in size

After 15 minutes check the rasgulla if it's ready or not take 1 glass of water and put one ball in it if it sinks it means it's ready if it's floating on top then cook for more few minutes

Now when rasgullas are ready turn off the flame and leave in the syrup until it cools down

Now take out in a serving bowl and put in the refrigerator with the syrup it should all be sink in the syrup

Enjoy chilled rasgullas
