Steps

Wash, peel and grate potatoes.

Heat 2 tsp oil in a kadai, add chopped garlic, chilli flakes saute it well

Add turmeric powder for better colour,1/2 cup water, sugar and 2 grated potatoes, mix it well.

Cook for 3 minutes, add rice flour,mix it well. Drain grated potato.

Add another one grated potato after adding rice flour

Cook it well, the mixture is ready. Let it set in its own heat, Transfer in to a plate.

Make small balls, Heat oil for frying, put balls in to hot oil, fry till it becomes golden brown. Rice flour potato balls becomes crispy, serve hot with tomato ketchup,
