Watermelon pudding

Cut watermelon into pieces. Remove seeds. Make juice.

In a pan boil juice for 5 minutes. Add sugar, after 3-4 minutes, add diluted corn starch slowly, to avoid lumps constant stir till it thickens.

Transfer the content into transparent glass for setting. After 1/2 hr keep it into freeze. For 3-4 hrs. Demould it cut into pieces. And serve chilled.
