Foxtail millet is rich in B12 which is essential for maintaining healthy heart , smooth funtioning of the nervous system. Kids don’t like to eat millets. You make burfi using this millet children love to eat
Steps

Fry 2 cup foxmillet flour with 1 tbs ghee till a nice aroma comes. Transfer the roasted flour into a plate

Boil 1/2 cup water with sugar in a heavy bottom pan. Mix and make sugar syrup with one string consistency

Reduce the flame fully and add the roasted flour to the sugar syrup and mix with a handwhisk into without lumps. Keep stirring. Add the remaining ghee in batches. Cook in medium flame

Now the mixture become thick and a frothy layer appear on the top. Stir continuously in low flame for two to three minutes. Turn off the stove

Transfer the muxture into a greased tray. Spread evenly

After ten minutes cut the burfi as tour choice
