Ingredients

Makes 1 bowl

1 cupboiled (with salt) mixed sprouts
2 tbspmelon dressing
Oil Free Muskmelon Dressing, Fiber & Vitamin Rich
1 tspolive oil
2 tbsponion, finely chopped
2 tbsptomato, finely chopped
Salt to taste
Chopped coriander to garnish
Accompaniment :
garlic toast (optional)

Take a bowl, combine all the ingredients.

Toss everything gently.

Take it in a bowl.Chill it thoroughly. Garnish with chopped coriander. Serve mixed sprouts Salad surrounded by garlic toast.
