Cooking Instructions

All spices should already be ground. Place them in a bowl, preferably glass or ceramic.

Garam Masala is already a mix of other spices. It means "hot spice mix." According to Ayurvedic medicine, it provides warmth to the body in a deeper sense than just taste. You can also prepare it at home. I already had it prepared this way.

You can taste it to see if you want to adjust any flavor to be more or less prominent. If you have cardamom pods instead of ground cardamom, open the pods, remove the seeds, and grind them in a mortar. I use the pod shells for mate tea.

Mix while enjoying the colors and aromas it releases. Ready to use with whatever you like. Suitable for any dish.
