Soak The Kabuli Chana For Overnight

Then Boil The Chana For 3-4 Whistles On Medium Flame

Boil And Peel The Potatoes & Keep Them Aside For Later Use

Add Garlic, Green Chilies & 2 Sliced Onions In A Grinder

Grind & Make A Fine Paste Of It

Heat Mustard Oil In A Kadhai

Add Cumin, Dry Red Chilies & Bay Leaf In That

Saute Them For A Minute On High Flame

Add 2 Sliced Onions In It & Saute Them For 4-5 Minutes On High Flame

Add Prepared Paste & Cook Them For 5-6 Minutes On High Flame

Add All Powdered Spices (Salt, Haldi Powder, Dhaniya Powder, Amchur Powder, Jeera Powder & Red Chilli Powder) In It

Mix Them All Together

Add Some Water In It & Cook Till Oil Rises

Add Hot Water As Required & Bring It To Boil

Add Boiled Cooked Chana & Boiled Potatoes In It & Cook It For 10-12 Minutes On Medium - High Flame

Mash Some Of Potatoes To Make Gravy Thick
