My Addictive Rolled Up Cookies
When I make those cookies my friends get angry with me because they only wanted to try one cookie but ended up eating the whole jar…
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Preheat the oven for 356F.
Knead all the ingredients together in a bowl until you get a dough and then divide the dough into four parts.
- 2
Roll each part between two baking papers and sprinkle some flour so that it does not stick.
- 3
Roll out the dough until you get a thin sheet but not too thin.
- 4
Spread your favorite spread, for me its Nutella and kinder fingers chunks.
- 5
Roll the dough into a roulade and put it carefully in a oven pan lined with baking paper. Mark the roulade with cookie-shaped stripes so you know where to cut after the baking.
- 6
Put the cookies in the oven for 20-25 minutes depending on the oven and you will know its ready when the cookies just starting to get tan.
- 7
Cut the cookies as marked wait around 10 min and spread powdered sugar generously and enjoy!
Keep the cookies at a sealed box up to 5 days.
The cookies are at their best after one day

These sugar cookies taste so fresh and have a hint of almond. The dough is incredibly sticky at first, but I suggest using powdered sugar to sprinkle on dough instead of flour. Angela Vose -

I wanted make simple cookies with the ingredients I have at home so that whenever my kids want to eat cookies, I can make some.If it's hard to make in the bag, you can knead the dough in a bowl in a usual way If the dough is dry and it's hard to come together, add 1 teaspoon of milk (not listed) and if needed, increase the amount accordingly. If you form the dough into a log, and freeze it, you can slice it while it's still frozen, and bake cookies anytime you want. Recipe by Miruty cookpad.japan -
