Moth Dal Vada with Bottle Gourd

Today, for the first time, I made vadas using moth beans, and everyone loved them as an evening snack. Usually, vadas are made with chana dal or split urad dal, but I tried them with moth beans and they turned out great. To make them crispy and delicious, I used flattened rice (poha) and lemon juice. This is a crunchy and tasty snack. Moth beans are a nutritious legume, rich in protein and a good source of vitamin B. They also contain iron, copper, magnesium, calcium, potassium, phosphorus, sodium, and zinc.
