Cooking Instructions
- 1
Optionally, prepare boneless skinless chicken by slicing into strips and pounding gently to a consistent thickness.
- 2
Marinade chicken by putting chicken into a large plastic bag with the Italian dressing. Place in fridge and leave for a minimum of 45 minutes, but for ideally several hours.
- 3
Steam or boil broccoli until about halfway done. If you like crunchier broccoli, you can skip this step. I like mine soft. I also like to slice mine lengthwise into smaller pieces, so there is more room for a “crust” when you cook it.
- 4
Using either your grill or your stovetop, cook your chicken on medium to medium high heat, flipping when darkened on each side and using a meat thermometer to check for doneness.
- 5
Stir in enough of the leftover marinade/dressing to generously coat the broccoli, and then cook on high heat, only stirring once darkened on each side, finish cooking your broccoli.
- 6
Serve and enjoy! 🍽️

Easy Grilled Chicken Easy Grilled Chicken
Another easy recipe and so easy to cook. I don't usually use an exact measurement for the ingredients I use, as cliche as it sounds I am measuring with my heart lol! So trial and error is the way to go but in my opinion you'll hardly go wrong with this. For this recipe I uses abit more ingredients other than Italian herbs for abit more flavor but really all you really need is the Mixed Italian Herbs by McCormick for that wonderful flavor, anything else is just extra. As for the vegetables I steamed it in the microwave, it's so quick and easy and it retain all the goodness of the veges as opposed to boiling it in water where you loses all the nutrition, it tastes better too. Grilled Garlic Chicken Grilled Garlic Chicken
These quick-fix yummy Chicken Drumsticks needs no intro. Liked by one and all, they can be dished out in no time for your family and friends. They can be served as a light meal along with some fresh salads or soup. They are no doubt a gourmet's delight. It is almost fat free, as I have used very little oil, and are far better than any fried chicken. In this recipe I gave a garlic flavour and made it a little spicy and tangy to tickle your taste buds. Bethica Das
