Cooking Instructions

Take chicken pieces in a big bowl.

Add dry masalas first and mix well. Then add ginger, chilli garlic paste. At last add curd and besan and mix everything well. Add salt as per taste. Keep it covered for 1 hour.

Take a grill and place the chicken pieces and put few drops of oil.

Then bake it in oven. I baked at 140°C degrees first t mins and then on 160°C. Temperate would vary as per oven.

Remove and serve with onions and lemon. Your yummy chicken is ready.

Easy Grilled Chicken Easy Grilled Chicken
Another easy recipe and so easy to cook. I don't usually use an exact measurement for the ingredients I use, as cliche as it sounds I am measuring with my heart lol! So trial and error is the way to go but in my opinion you'll hardly go wrong with this. For this recipe I uses abit more ingredients other than Italian herbs for abit more flavor but really all you really need is the Mixed Italian Herbs by McCormick for that wonderful flavor, anything else is just extra. As for the vegetables I steamed it in the microwave, it's so quick and easy and it retain all the goodness of the veges as opposed to boiling it in water where you loses all the nutrition, it tastes better too.
