My Smothered Chicken

Ingredients

30-45 minutes
6-7 servings
  1. 1Large package of Chicken of your choice (I used boneless thighs)
  2. 2 cansCream of chicken
  3. 1 canCream of Mushroom
  4. 1Bell pepper
  5. 1/2onion roughly chopped
  6. 1-2 tablespoonsbutter
  7. 1-2 tablespoonsNo salt Tony Chachere
  8. 1 teaspoonAdobe seasoning
  9. 1 tablespoongarlic powder
  10. 1-2 tablespoonsMontreal chicken seasoning

Cooking Instructions

30-45 minutes

    Season your chicken.

    1 tablespoon butter in skillet cook chicken halfway

  3. 3

    Place in a baking dish once you have cooked the chicken half way through.

    Place 1 tablespoon in skillet and add roughly chopped bell pepper and onion to simmer

  5. 5

    Place your cans of cream of chicken and mushroom in the skillet to warm

  6. 6

    Mix well together

  7. 7

    Pour over your chicken

    Place in an oven on 350 for about 30-45 minutes, but longer if you would like. Remember, I used boneless chicken thighs, so it will change the cooking time based on the type of chicken you use.
