Turai Sabji with coconut gravy

In a pan heat oil, add cumin seeds and asofedita. Add onions

Add turai and saute for about 2mts. Meanwhile grind the coconut tomato puree and spices

Add this gravy paste to the torai and add one cup water. Cook covered for around 7mts

Add coriander and fresh cream. Serve hot with rice or paratha
