Cucumber Sushi 🍣 Sandwich Roll

Cucumber Sushi 🍣 Sandwich Roll
Steps
- 1
Collect all the ingredients. Roll the bread slices as thin as possible.
- 2
Line the chopping board with butter paper.Place cucumber peels in a straight row, overlapping eachother as shown in the picture on the baking sheet. Apply hung curd on it.
- 3
Place thinly rolled bread slices on it. Cover the bread slices with Tandoori Mayo.
- 4
Sprinkle finely chopped coriander all over the mayo. Now arrange all the veggies 1 by 1 as shown in the picture.
- 5
Lift the baking sheet along with cucumber peels & roll tightly, taking care that the veggies remain intact in the cucumber peels as you roll. Cut the rolls into 1 inch pieces & insert a toothpick in them. Chill the rolls for an hour. Serve.

Note. : As this recipe calls for salad only, please feel free to use whatever salad takes your fancy & the quantity of each salad ingredient also rests with you. You can add whatever you like more or can use sprouts, paneer, tofu or cheese also.
As for Tandoori Mayo, spread it lightly if used for children or omit it completely & use tomato ketchup. But for grown ups you can spread it lavishly. - 7
Please also note I have used approximately 1 tbsp of each cabbage, onions, capsicum & carrots for the whole recipe.
