  • 1 cupgram flour
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tspchilli powder
  • 2,3garlic cloves, crushed(optional)
  • 2 cupsoil for frying
  • 1/4 tspasafoetida

    In a bowl add gram flour, salt,chilli powder,garlic,make batter,beat 3 MI uses,keep rest for 10 minutes

    Cut capsicum I. Rings

    Dip in gram flour batter, and fry in hot oil till crispy
