Set curds and spread it in a cotton cloth and put it in a sieve. Put this sieve in fridge for 4-5 hours so it doesn't become sour.

Cut alphonso mangoes in to pieces. See that the water from curd strains completely and get nice hung curd.

Add powdered sugar and cream to the hung curd and mix properly.

Add mango pieces, Essence and mix well. Garnish with dryfruits and serve chilled and enjoy mango Shrikhand.
