Ingredients

10 minutes
  • 2shimla mirch diced
  • 2boiled potatoes diced
  • 3 tspoil
  • 1/4 tsphing
  • 1/2 tspturmeric
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 2 tspdhanya jeera powder
  • 3 tspgathiya crushed
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 tspsugar
  • 1/2 tsplemon juice

10 minutes
  1. 1

    In a pan heat oil, put hing, turmeric, add shimla mirch diced, saute on slow flame. Add salt.

    After 7-10 minutes, add diced boiled potatoes and all spices

    Saute on low flame for 5-7 minutes. Sabji is ready.
