  • 1 teaspoonsalt
  • 2 tablespoonscornstarch

Steps

50 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash, peel, and cut the potatoes as desired.

  2. 2

    Add salt to the potatoes and blanch them until just tender.

  3. 3

    Drain the water, sprinkle with cornstarch once the potatoes have cooled, then heat oil and fry the potatoes.
