Soak the Urad Dal for 3-4 hours.
Discard the water and grind in a fine paste together with green chillies, ginger and little water.
Remove in the bowl and beat with electric bitter till light and fluffy.
Add salt and mix thoroughly. - 2
Heat the oil.
Fry the vada in light golden colour and transfer on kitchen paper to absorb extra oil. - 3
Vadas are ready.
Serve in a dish with tomato ketchup or any other chutney.
Enjoy soft and spongy Urad Dal Vada.
