  • 2 tspRoasted Seeds (Pumpkin, Sunflower, Watermelon, Sesame, Flaxseed)
  • 2Roasted Almonds
  • 3Roasted Cashewnuts
  • 2 tbspHoney
  • 1 tbspDried Cranberries
  • 1 tbspDried Blueberries
  • Cinnamon
