Warm the milk a bit to dissolve the fresh yeast. Let it sit 5 minutes

Place flour, sugar, egg in a bowl and mix the dissolves fresh yeast into the mixture

Mix and knead the dough until form a ball and add the butter and salt. Knead the dough with hand mixer or any mixer that you have around 8-10 minutes until the dough is smooth

Place the dough in a bowl and let it ferment for another 1 hour

The dough will raise double.

After the dough is raised double, remove it out on the table and roll the dough into flat dough and place the dough on the oiled - baking tray.

Let the dough raise for another 30-45 minutes.

Preheat the oven at 170°C

Bake cherry bread pie for 35 minutes with the heat 170°C with top/bottom heat.

After 35 minutes, check the bottom of dough. If it is golden brown, it is ready

Prepare the crumble in another bowl. Place the cherries topping on the dough and sprinkle the crumbles on top of the toppings
