In a pan, heat oil, roast besan on low flame. Cool down. Than add salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, sugar, dhaniya jeera powder. Mix all the masala. Remove seed from gum berry. Stuff this masala in it.

In a pan heat oil put this stuffed gum berry. On a low flame saute for 10 minutes. Now sprinkle extra masala..

Saute for 4-5 minutes. And sabji is ready. Serve hot.
