Blueberry Panna Cotta
A refreshing dessert that's perfect for summer.
Steps
- 1
Wash the blueberries and blend them with the lemon juice using an immersion blender.
- 2
Soften the gelatin in cold water.
- 3
In a small saucepan, heat the sugar and heavy cream. Once the sugar has dissolved, add the blueberry puree, straining it through a fine mesh sieve to remove any blueberry pieces.
- 4
Stir the mixture; you don't need to bring it to a boil. When the cream is hot, remove from heat and add the squeezed gelatin.
- 5
Pour the mixture into molds and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
- 6
Serve garnished with fresh blueberries.
