Ingredients

2 minutes
  • 2cucumber
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cupcurd
  • 2 tspsugar
  • 1/2 tspchat masala
  • 3 tspchopped coriander leaves
  • 4 tspbengal gram dal

  1. 1

    Wash and peel cucumber. Grate them. Squeeze to remove water from cucumber. Crush the bengal gram dal coarsely.

    Add salt, sugar, chat masala, chopped coriander leaves, curd. Mix well.

    Serve chilled. We can add this raita in lunch and dinner.
