Steps

Take all the ingredients for Oats carrot idli.

Take a pan, add white rava flour and rolled oats flour and roast it at medium flame for 10 mins,

Now take the roasted oats and white rava flour in one bowl, Now add grated carrot l, ginger green chilli paste, and salt as per taste, Now add Yoghurt to the mixture, Now add water to it for proper consistency of idli batter,

Now mix all the ingredients together and keep aside for 10 mins, Now add baking soda to the mixture and mix well, Now pour the batter to idli maker and steam it for 12 to 15 mins,

Now Oats Carrot idli is ready to serve, serve it with podi chutney or green coconut chutney.
