Ingredients

3 minutes
2 servings
  • 1 cupCurd(Dahi)
  • 5leftover Chapatis / Rotis (turn into small pieces)
  • 1 tspOil
  • 1/2 tspMustard seeds (Rai)
  • 1/2 tspCumin seeds (Jeera)
  • 2Green Chilli
  • 5-6Curry leaves
  • 1/4 tspTurmeric powder (haldi)
  • 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1/8 tspHing
  • 1 tbspJaggery
  • 1 cupWater
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander leaves

Steps

3 minutes
  1. 1

    Combine the Curd with 1cup of water and mixed well (buttermilk). Heat the oil in a pan, add mustard seeds. When mustard seeds crackle, add jeera, green chilli, curry leaves and hing.

    Now add chapati pieces and saute on a medium flame for few seconds.

    Add curd mixture or buttermilk, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, jaggery and salt. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes. Add coriander leaves in it.

    Serve hot....hot.Dahiwali Roti/Curd Roti/ Vagareli Rotli immediately.
