Today I made Vermicelli with Dryfruit and Custard by cooking Vermicelli in milk with custard. Thin Vermicelli in milk with dryfruit and custard looks very delicious. Ingredients

  • 1 tspGhee
  • 1/2 cupVermicelli
  • 500 mlFull fat milk
  • 1/2 tspCardamom powder
  • 1/4 TspSaffron
  • 1/2 cupSugar
  • 2 tbspCustard powder
  • 5-6Almonds
  • 5-6Pistachio
  • 2-3fig
  • 2 tbspTutti Frutti

Steps

25 Minutes
  1. 1

    Cut the Vermicelli into small pieces, put ghee in a pan and add it to it and fry it.

    Fry it on low heat until the it is light golden in colour. After that, switch off the gas flame and keep it aside.

    Boil milk in a thick bottomed vessel and add saffron to it.

    Add cardamom powder and mix well and let the milk boil for five minutes.

    Now add roasted Vermicelli and sugar to it.

    Mix the custard powder in two to three teaspoons of milk properly and add this milk to it as well. Add slowly and mix well.

    Boil the milk till it thickens a little

    Now add chopped dry fruit to it.

    Small pieces of figs are to be added. So Vermicelli Dryfruit Custard will be ready to serve.
