Oats veggie omlette

Chopped all the veggies

Take a pan and heat it and heat the butter
- 3
Take a Bowl put all veggies (without mushroom), then eggs, oats, salt, black pepper powder, chilli flakes, oregano, milk and mix it very well and rest it 2-3 min
- 4
Pour all the mixture into hot pan and spread it evenly then put mushroom slices evenly on the omlette
And fried it in medium flame after one side done flip other side and fried it well - 5
Served the oats veggie omlette with tomato ketchup or your favourite dip
