Heat 1 tsp oil in pan.
Add mustard seeds and urad dal.cook for 30 second. - 2
Add sliced onion cook for 2-3 mnts.add chopped boiled potatoes,green chillies,curry leaves, turmeric powder,salt and chopped coriander leaves.

Mix properly remove from fire let it cool.

Make balls from potato mixture keep aside.

In one bowl add dosa batter,besan and salt.mix

Heat oilin pan for deep frying.

Take potato ball dip it in dosa batter and fry in oil till golden colour at medium heat.

Remove and serve with sambar.
