Pound the garlic, coriander roots and pepper until fine. Heat the wok add vegetable oil. Put the pounded stir fry until fragrant. Add belly pork, seasoning with oyster sauce, sugar and salt. Add Shiitake Mushroom, stew until the pork is soft. Add peanut and steamed sticky rice. Stir-fry until the water is absorbed into the sticky rice.

Put the fried sticky rice into a foil cup. Topping with Chinese sausage, Ginkgo, Salted egg yolks, dried shrimp and Shiitake Mushroom.

Bring to steam for 15 minutes. Ready to enjoy 😊
