Steps

First of all take pan and keep on medium flame then add oil and make tadka with mustard and cumin seeds. Simultaneously take washed amarnath leaves and chopped them.

Now add garlic cloves in tadka then add chopped onion when onion become transparent and chopped tomatoes and saute it then add red chilli powder turmeric powder and gram flour in it and mix it well.

Then add amranth leaves and mix it well. Now add half cup of water then add salt as per taste and keep plate on it. Make gas low flame then see after 2 3 minutes check our vegetable is cooked or not then add crushed groundnut seeds. Serve this vegetable with hot chapati,roti or rice.
