Dal rice & mustard seeds soaked overnight

When preparing the batter add a small portion of dal & mustard seeds in the grinder jar and prepare paste also transfer in the big bowl

Then add a small portion of rice and prepare a batter & transfer in the same bowl. When finished mix well.

Keep aside to get fermented.Now it's time to prepare idlis add salt combine and prepare idlis using idli moulds
