Green moong dal dosa

Soak Green moong dal overnight in water. In morning add Green moong dal, garlic cloves, Coriander Powder, green chilli, black pepper powder, Coriander leaves and salt in mixer and make dosa batter.

Take a pan, grease pan with oil, pour dosa batter on it and make dosa. Roast both the sides of dosa.

Dosa is ready to serve. Serve with chutney/ sauce as per your liking. Serve hot.
